1. The Service
UnitDeck provides unit conversions, industry presets, favorites, recents, and lightweight trade calculators. No account is required for core features. Certain professional features may be unlocked through an Apple App Store in-app purchase.
2. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, rent, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the app for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
3. Results and Professional Judgment
UnitDeck provides general information, estimates, and workflow assistance—not engineering, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Constants, trade practices, rounding, material parameters, carrier divisors, and local standards can vary. Independently verify results against applicable standards, equipment documentation, and qualified professional advice before using them for contracts, quotations, construction, structural loads, electrical work, hazardous materials, dosage, emissions, or personal safety.
4. Inputs and Local Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your inputs and for decisions based on results. Industry selection, favorites, recents, saved conversion records, freeform notes, and display preferences are stored on your device. Deleting the app may permanently remove this local data.
5. Apple Services
Apple processes in-app payments, transaction confirmation, and purchase records through the App Store and StoreKit. Loading prices, purchasing, and restoring access require a network connection and available Apple services. These features are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The UnitDeck software, interface, icon, text, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unit names, public standards, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Changes to the Service
We may fix errors, update the unit library, adjust the interface, or add features. We will not arbitrarily remove a valid UnitDeck Pro lifetime entitlement, although features may change due to law, platform policy, security, or third-party service changes.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every result is error-free for every professional context, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by incorrect inputs, unverified results, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
We may restrict related services where permitted by law if you materially breach these Terms or use the app unlawfully. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Refunds for completed purchases remain governed by Apple.
10. Updates and Contact
